装置のリフォーム(改造)はぜひインダストリーラブに(その２)

前回紹介して集めた部品が揃ったためパーツをつなぎ合わユニットにしました。 さてこの部品どのように使うかというと、 パソコンを上に載せて固定するするユニットになります。 これは、とある装置を操作するパソコンを入替えることになったのですが、 新旧のパソコンのサイズが異なり、載せることが出来なくなったため、 装置のパソコン台の部分だけリフォームすることになったわけです。

石アート青桃社さんへ行ってまいりました。

Industry Love はツイッターを運用しています。 ツイッターでお知合いになった「miraくる」さんという方おります。 「一人起業家や抱えすぎる経営者さんを助ける!」というキャッチフレーズを掲げておられる個人事業主さんです。 僕も現在、個人事業で仕事をしているものですから共感するところも多々ありましてツイッターで仲良くさせていただいております。 そんな「miraくる」さんですが名古屋から移動するというお話でその前にランチでもというお話になりました。 それで「miraくる」さんのご紹介で、 石アートでお部屋を着飾った素敵な空間を多目的スペースとしてご提供されている「青桃社」さんに伺ってまいりました。

改造ユニット納品　in　大阪

大阪の「タノシイミライ」さんに出張してまいりました。 内容としてはタノシイミライさんで使われいる装置のリフォーム、改造です。 タノシイミライさんとはツイッターで知り合ったのですが、 装置のことで相談して下さって、直接お会いすることになりました。 そのさいに打合せをして、装置の改造に必要ところを採寸して、 それをもとに装置の改造をすることになりました。 納品はうまくいくか緊張しますね。 で実際に納品して満足していただいたようで安心しました。(ほんとに良かった)

さてさて、最近10ヶ口の部品注文が入りました。 内容としては、とある施設で使っている装置を操作しているパソコンを入れ変えるそうで、 そのパソコンを載せる台をリフォーム(改造)するというお話でした。 施設のお邪魔して装置の寸法も測ってきました。 試作品を何回か作り「これで何とかなるね」というところまで来たので、 総入れ替えで10ヶ作ることになりました。 最近分かったのですが、「装置のリフォーム(改造)」 インダストリーラブにとってはめちゃめちゃ得意分野でし、 なかなかやってくれるところも少ないのかなと思います。 何かあったらぜひお問合せ下さいませ。

「夢」は売れるということは分かっていただけたでしょうか？ というか、食べ物以外だと夢がくっ付いてなくて売れるものなんてかなり少ないです。 食べ物だって美味しいという「夢」をくっ付けて高値にしています。 モノにしてもサービスにしても「夢」を付加するためには、 作る人、売る人が「夢」を見ている人間じゃないといけないと思います。 だったら小さくても苦しくても夢を見ましょう。 「お金が欲しい」って夢でもいいと思います。 日本人でも一般人でもお金を沢山稼いだって良いと思います。 と今年は夢をもって製造業を盛り上げていきましょう。 製造業以外に人も「夢」を見ていきましょう。

Holo handle production Part 2

So I'm glad that the parts production ended safely. The most common pattern in industry love is the restoration of parts. In the majority of parts restoration, the pattern is to borrow a damaged part or a symmetrical part and measure the shape. Therefore, when the important parts that I borrowed have arrived, I will notify you of their arrival. Then, we carefully explain the problems in manufacturing the parts to be restored and how to improve them. In addition, it takes about 3 to 4 weeks in most cases because we proceed in the order of explanation, drawing creation, and production. I think that there are times when I worry about whether the parts will actually be made and delivered. I will keep you posted on the progress along the way.

幌(ホロ)取っ手製作　後編

ということで部品製作が無事に終わって良かったです。 インダストリーラブで一番多いパターンは部品の復元です。 部品復元は破損してしまった部品や対称部品をお借りして形状を計測をするパターンが大半です。 ですのでお借りた大事な部品が届いた際には到着の連絡を入れます。 そして復元する部品の製作する上での問題点や改善するにはどのようにしたら良いかなどを丁寧に説明します。 また説明、図面作成、製作という順序で進んでいくので3～4週間程度お時間をいただくことほとんどです。 本当に部品ができて届くのか心配になることもあると思いますので ところどころ途中経過をご連絡するようにしています。

関西ものづくりワールド行ってきました。

さてさて、自分は今週、「関西ものづくりワールド」に行ってきました。機械装置などのメーカーの最前線の装置が見れる展示会で面白いですよ。 自分はインダストリーラブでプラスチック部品のお問合せを良くいただくので3Dプリントブースをしっかり見てきました。 光造形なのに最終製品に使えるという新開発の素材なんかがあったので早く一般化しないかなと思いました。 3Dプリンタ会社さんも早期の導入をぜひぜひよろしくお願いします。

温暖化についてインダストリーラブ(NK-デザイン)ができること

カーボンオフセットがダメ、目の前の仕事で温室効果ガスを取り除く研究をすることは難しい。 ではインダストリーラブ(NK-デザイン)には何ができるのか。 よくよく考えた末にでた結論。 ・長く使ってもらえるようメンテナンスしやすい、部品、装置を考えること ・リサイクルするために解体しやすい装置を考えること ・設備は後継機種でも改造して使えるように、工夫をしておくこと つまり、必要だから作った部品、装置は大切に長く使ってもらえるような設計をする。ということが大事なのかなと思いました。

That's why it's so hard to have a chair that doesn't fit, or to make a sound every time something happens. Since I work long hours sitting down, I thought it would be a waste to lower my performance there.

セイルチェアについて

この椅子、ハーマンミラーという会社さんのセイルチェアという商品です。 実はまあまあの高級品です。 なぜこの椅子を使うようになったかというと、 昔は5000円くらいの椅子を使っていたのですが、 上半身を動かすことにギシギシ音がするし、ちょうどよい高さに調整もできない。 自分のような設計をメインの仕事にしている方は分かると思うのですが、 長いときは1日12時間椅子に座っているときもあります。 ですので合わない椅子や、ことあるごとに音が鳴るのはとてもしんどいんですね。 長時間座って仕事をするのでそこでパフォーマンスを下げるのはもったいないと思いました。

ところでなぜこんなに仕事の事務周辺機器にこだわるかというと、 今のところほとんどの業務を自分一人で行っています。 ですので自分の業務スピードが全てを左右と言っても過言ではない状態です。 そこで快適に作業できる環境を作ってパフォーマンスを高めたいんですね。 一日10分時間短縮できたとしたら一週間で50分です。 これ思ったより大きくないですか？

コロナワクチン3回目接種しました。

では僕はというと、 今の生活を考えると高い免疫力を維持することは難しいのかなと思っています。 また、社会の中で生かさせていだたいているので、 集団免疫に貢献したいという思いもあります。 あとは、自営業なので仕事を止められないというのと、 家族がありいろいろなんところに社会との接点がありますので、 自分がコロナにかかってしまうと影響が大きいというところもあります。 そんなこんなで僕はワクチン接種しています。
