5th anniversary of NK-Design. thank you very much. I don't think I could have continued like this without everyone's help. Equipment design is a deep industry and I have been involved in practical work for nearly 10 years, but there are still many things I do not know. If possible, I would like to continue to be involved in this industry and learn various things. NK-デザイン5周年　設備設計で大事にしていることとILを含めた今後について

NK-デザイン5周年。本当にありがとうございます。皆様のお力を借りなければこんなに継続は出来なかったと思います。設備設計というのは奥深い業界で10年近く実務で携わっていますが、まだまだ知らないことがたくさんあります。出来ればこれからもこの業界に携わっていろいろな勉強をさせていただけきたいと思っています。 またその中で身に着けた知識、技術、仕事仲間と言ったことがそのままインダストリーラブの力になると思いますし、「機械のソムリエ」と胸を張って言えるようににさせてくれると思っています。

オリジナル表札取付けました

表札というと言ってみたら「自宅の看板」です。 オリジナルのものが良いなという思いを持った方はいらっしゃると思います。弊社は完全オリジナルで表札を製作します。 もちろん何でもできるわけではありませんが、逆にこんなことは出来ないでしょうって思っていることも意外出来たりします。

I went to Kansai Manufacturing World.

By the way, I went to "Kansai Manufacturing World" this week. It's an interesting exhibition where you can see the front-line equipment of manufacturers such as mechanical equipment. I often get inquiries about plastic parts at Industry Lab, so I took a closer look at the 3D printing booth. There was a newly developed material that could be used in the final product even though it is stereolithography, so I thought that it would be popularized soon. We hope that 3D printer companies will also introduce it as soon as possible.

関西ものづくりワールド行ってきました。

さてさて、自分は今週、「関西ものづくりワールド」に行ってきました。機械装置などのメーカーの最前線の装置が見れる展示会で面白いですよ。 自分はインダストリーラブでプラスチック部品のお問合せを良くいただくので3Dプリントブースをしっかり見てきました。 光造形なのに最終製品に使えるという新開発の素材なんかがあったので早く一般化しないかなと思いました。 3Dプリンタ会社さんも早期の導入をぜひぜひよろしくお願いします。

温暖化についてインダストリーラブ(NK-デザイン)ができること

カーボンオフセットがダメ、目の前の仕事で温室効果ガスを取り除く研究をすることは難しい。 ではインダストリーラブ(NK-デザイン)には何ができるのか。 よくよく考えた末にでた結論。 ・長く使ってもらえるようメンテナンスしやすい、部品、装置を考えること ・リサイクルするために解体しやすい装置を考えること ・設備は後継機種でも改造して使えるように、工夫をしておくこと つまり、必要だから作った部品、装置は大切に長く使ってもらえるような設計をする。ということが大事なのかなと思いました。
